Garda Talk

Last week our local community Garda Linda called in to chat to all classes about the importance of safety around Halloween. She talked about the dangers posed by illegal fireworks and bonefires as well as tips on how to stay safe on Halloween night while trick or treating.

Junior Football

Our junior teams both finished their gaelic football season this week. Our boys had a good win away to Star of the Sea while our girls team received a walkover from Scoil San Treasa. Well done to all the boys and girls who togged out for the teams this year.

Football Update

Both of our senior teams have now progressed to the knockout stages of the Cumann na mBunscol. Our girls are away in Lucan next week while our boys will have a home fixture. Our junior teams will both have their final gaelic game of the season next week.
