5th Class Marathon

Both 5th classes ran the last leg of their marathon on the new track at DSD. A big thank you to former Olympian and European medalist David Gillick who met the kids there.

6th Class Trip to the Dáil

Our three 6th classes are all undertaking a trip to Dáil Éireann this month. First up was Mr. Maher's class who behaved excellently and had a great day out.

We had a fantastic response to our annual shoebox collection for Team Hope. This year we collected 246 gifts. Thank you to everyone who helped with the collection and great to see some familiar faces helping to load the van.

Olympic Movement Breaks

The Olympic Movement Breaks are a series of 20 short video by Olympians and High-Performance athletes demonstrating fun exercises and activities that students of all abilities can do. Joe from 5th class was lucky enough to be in two of the videos with Olympian and Irish record holder, Sarah Lavin. Well done Joe!

A huge thank you to everyone who kindly supported our Christmas jumper fundraiser for St John’s Ward in Crumlin Children’s Hospital.
