Ash Wednesday

On Ash Wednesday out 3rd to 6th classes attended a ceremony in Balally celebrated by Fr. Jim and Fr. Dermot. Brendan and Vinny provided some beautiful music to make it a very special occasion. During the ceremony the children made a pledge to endeavor to do more to protect our environment.

This week we are celebrating all things Fair Trade. Junior Infants were sorting Fair Trade Products, Senior Infants made Fair Trade lunchboxes and 4th class designed posters to encourage people to buy Fair Trade.
