Rory Keating from Inland Fisheries visited Mr. Kearns 5th class to talk about conservation and biodiversity in our rivers, lakes and seas around Ireland. As part of the Say Yes to Languages programme St. Olaf's have received a grant to promote languages across the school. Musical in Rosemont

On Wednesday our 4th and 5th class were kindly invited to Rosemont Secondary School to see the matinée of their musical "Matilda's Revolt". It was a truly fantastic performance by all involved including many past pupils of ours.

Golf Ireland Visit

Last Wednesday Golf Ireland came in to do a tutorial with our 4th classes. This was a very enjoyable introduction to the game with hopefully more lessons to come.

Internet Safety Lesson

Some of the children in Mr. Kearns' 5th Class have been doing online lessons with Microsoft recently. They devised their own lesson for their classmates about influencers and algorithms and delivered it on Monday. They gave a great presentation which included a Kahoot quiz at the end.
