St. Olafs had a very successful week in the Cumann na mBunscol. The Juniors played away to St Maelruain's in Old Bawn on Tuesday and got their season underway with a win. The team which was made up of both 5th and 4th class played some excellent attacking football and showed great signs for future. The girls team were away to Our Lady of the Wayside, Kiltiernan on Wednesday evening and got their first win of the season thanks to great performances all over the field. The boys senior team rounded off the week with a fantastic win at home to Scoil Bhríde, Ranelagh on Thursday evening. Well done to all involved and thank you to all supporters who turned out and gave lifts to players. The action continues next week with the Juniors at home to St. Aidan's on Monday, Girls taking on local rivals Holy Cross on Wednesday and the Boys senior taking on Gaelscoil Mológa on Thursday. All games are taking place in Naomh Olaf, all support is greatly appreciated!
