Santry 2026

On Monday 25^th May the school athletic team travelled to the Cumann na mBunscol athletics championships in Santry stadium. The day started out hot, but the went on to be a scorcher for the school team. 

Medal winners were: 

Méabh who ran like a future Sonia O'Sullivan in the 600m.

Jessica for defying gravity in the high jump. 

Matei for the gold medal in the U12 100m sprint.

Holly for the gold medal in the U12 100M sprint. 

The girls U12 relay team which include Holly, Martha, Lily, Penelope and Elsie also added to the medal haul.

All the relay teams successfully qualified for the finals which was a huge achievement.

Congratulations to all the athletes, you did yourselves and the school proud.
