St. Olaf’s National School was delighted to welcome grandparents to the school for Grandparents’ Day 2026. It was a lovely opportunity to celebrate the important role grandparents play in the lives of our pupils and in our wider school community.
Grandparents visited classrooms, viewed samples of the children’s work, and enjoyed seeing firsthand the fantastic learning taking place each day. There was a wonderful atmosphere throughout the school as stories were shared and special memories were made.
We are very grateful to all who joined us and helped make the day such a meaningful occasion, particularly our PA who organised refreshments in the hall.
