Active Schools Week

This week we are celebrating Active Schools Week. Children are allowed to wear their school tracksuit everyday as they will be participating in lots of different fun games and activities throughout the week.  As part of students homework this week they will are getting "active homework" They can tick off some of the stuff they do from the image below. On Wednesday we will also be encouraging children to walk/cycle/park and stride to school. Throughout the week children will partake in the Daily Kilometer with the hope of collectively running all the way around Ireland. The class with the most kilometers will get the chance to take on the teachers in a game of dodgeball on Friday (weather permitting).
